Bianca Del Rio at The United Theater

Few comedians can clear a room with a single raised eyebrow and then have the same room begging for more. Bianca Del Rio, the "RuPaul's Drag Race" champion turned touring stand-up, brings that gift to Downtown Los Angeles on March 23, 2027, with a show at The United Theater on Broadway. It is already one of the more talked-about upcoming events Los Angeles comedy fans can mark on the calendar.

When: Tuesday, March 23, 2027, 8:00 PM Where: The United Theater on Broadway, 929 Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90015 Tickets: Through Ticketmaster; price not listed on the source page

What to expect

Bianca Del Rio built her following on insult comedy delivered with a wink. Her stage persona is the Southern-tinged, perfectly coiffed grande dame who tells the front row exactly what she thinks of their outfits, their dates and their life choices. The humor is blunt, quick and unapologetically adult, and it works best in a crowd that came ready to be roasted.

Expect a mix of crowd work, stories from her years on the road and the kind of one-liners that get repeated in the lobby afterward. The ticket listing does not name a tour title or opening acts, so check the Ticketmaster page closer to the date for any additions to the bill. This is a comedy show first, so come for the jokes rather than a pageant of costume changes, although the glamour is part of the fun.

The venue

The United Theater on Broadway sits inside the old United Artists building, one of the grand movie palaces that line Broadway in Downtown LA. The room keeps its ornate interior and gives touring comedians a big stage in a neighborhood that has become a reliable stop for live shows. If you are building a list of things happening in Los Angeles this spring, a night in the historic core is a good way to see the city's older side.

Getting there and planning your night

The theater is at 929 Broadway, in the middle of the Broadway theater district. The area is well served by Metro rail and bus lines, and Pershing Square Metro station is a short walk away. Downtown restaurants and bars along Broadway and Spring Street make it easy to turn the show into a full evening, so book a table early if you want dinner before curtain.

Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster, and the listing there is the place to confirm the start time, age policy and any entry rules before you go. Dates this far out can change, so check the page again as the show gets closer. For more nights out, browse the rest of our comedy listings or see what else is on in Downtown LA.
