LA NDN Flea – A Native Market is at The Broad, Los Angeles, on Nov 7, 2026, 10:00 AM. Tickets: Free.
LA NDN Flea is back at The Broad for a weekend built around Indigenous makers, in collaboration with The Chapter House. It lands during National Native American History Month, which makes it an easy pick on any list of things happening in Los Angeles this month, and a good head start on holiday shopping.
When: Saturday, November 7, 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday, November 8, 10 AM to 4 PM Where: The Broad, downtown Los Angeles Cost: Free general admission ticket
What to expect
The market is modeled on the flea markets found on many reservations, and it runs each spring and fall. Local and visiting Indigenous makers sell recycled clothing, handcrafted jewelry, original art and more. Food and beverage vendors are on site, and curated DJ sets keep the plaza lively.
Nonprofit and community groups are there too, offering information and resources. The vendor list includes the Indigenous Circle of Wellness, the Sister Project, United American Indian Involvement and many individual makers, so plenty of the stalls are small studios you will not find in a department store.
Family workshop and poster
A hands-on Family Weekend Workshop takes its cue from Jeffrey Gibson, an artist in The Broad's collection who is a member of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and also Cherokee. Visitors can take home a free, limited-run poster of his work while supplies last.
Plan your visit
If you are scanning LA events this weekend, this one is easy to fit in. Your free ticket covers same-day access to the event, the third-floor collection galleries and The Shop at The Broad. The first-floor galleries are closed for installation, and tickets do not include the Infinity Mirror Room, which is booked separately.
Grab the free ticket from the event page before you go, and arrive early on Saturday for the best selection of handmade goods. The Broad sits on Grand Avenue, close to Metro stops and downtown parking garages.
On Sunday evening, Sage-Based Drag Night with Jana Schmieding and a cast of Native performers takes place across the street at REDCAT. It is separately ticketed and space is limited, so check the Broad's page for details.
