Rite of the Oracle at The United Theater on Broadway

Rite of the Oracle is on the calendar at The United Theater on Broadway for the first Saturday of December, and it gives downtown Los Angeles one more reason to head to the historic theater row. The listing is short on detail, so this page sticks to what the ticket seller confirms: the date, the start time, the room and where to buy.

When: Saturday, December 5, 2026, 7:00 PM Where: The United Theater on Broadway, 929 Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90015 Tickets: Through Ticketmaster (no price is published on the listing we could read)

What we know

Ticketmaster lists the show under its arts and theater umbrella without a genre or a cast. We could not find a press release, an artist statement or a program description to quote, so we are not going to guess at what the evening contains. Check the Ticketmaster page for the billing, any age policy and the final running time before you plan around it.

The room

The United Theater on Broadway sits at 929 Broadway, in the stretch of Broadway where the old movie palaces still line the street. The building began life as the United Artists Theatre, and its tall vertical sign is one of the easier landmarks to spot from the sidewalk. Plenty of people looking for things to do in Los Angeles end up on this block for exactly that reason: the architecture is part of the night.

Getting there

The theater is in the Broadway Theater District, a short walk from Metro's Pershing Square and 7th Street/Metro Center stations, so a train or bus is easier than hunting for street parking on a Saturday. If you drive, expect paid lots nearby and plan extra time. Evening foot traffic on Broadway is usually busy, so arrive early enough to find the entrance and get in line without rushing.

Before you buy

Buy only through the Ticketmaster link above, and be wary of resale listings that appear before official tickets are confirmed. Doors, seating and any bag rules are set by the venue, so read the event page the week of the show. If you are putting together a December list of upcoming events Los Angeles has on offer, this one is worth a look, and the venue alone makes a night out on Broadway worthwhile.
