49 Winchester is bringing the Change of Plans Tour to downtown Los Angeles in the spring of 2027, with a stop at The Bellwether on Thursday, March 11. If you keep a running list of LA concerts worth planning around, this country rock show is early enough to get on the calendar now.
When: Thursday, March 11, 2027, 8 PM Where: The Bellwether, 333 S Boylston St, Los Angeles, CA 90017 Tickets: Through Ticketmaster; the price is not listed in our source
The band
49 Winchester is an American country rock band formed in Castlewood, Virginia, in 2013. The lineup is Isaac Gibson, Bus Shelton, Chase Chafin, Noah Patrick, Tim Hall and Justin Louthian. They have released five studio albums, toured internationally and are signed to New West Records. Along the way they have supported acts such as Turnpike Troubadours, Whiskey Myers, Corb Lund, Tyler Childers and Luke Combs, which gives a good sense of the lane they work in: gritty, guitar-forward country with a roots-rock edge. Ticketmaster files this show under country.
The venue
The Bellwether is a multi-level room in the downtown core, with a Main Room and a balcony level that wraps around the floor. The venue asks ticket holders to check its own website, thebellwetherla.com, for everything to know before the show, so look there for door times, bag rules and any day-of updates before you head out.
The Looking Glass Lounge upgrade
At checkout, buyers can add upgraded access to the Looking Glass Lounge. According to the listing, the upgrade includes a preferred, stage-adjacent standing-room viewing section on the balcony level of the Main Room, plus entry to the lounge itself starting 30 minutes before the show and continuing throughout it. It also comes with a separate premier entrance and a private bar. The listing cuts off after that, so read the full upgrade details on the ticket page before you pay extra.
Getting there
Boylston Street is a short walk from several downtown transit options, and the area has plenty of paid garages. On a show night, plan on a garage a few blocks away or a rideshare drop-off. Arrive a little early, since a good balcony spot is easier to claim before the room fills.
Pair the night with dinner nearby and you have a solid answer to what to do in the city that evening. For more shows like this, browse our concerts page, and for the area around the venue see Downtown LA. Anyone after live music in Los Angeles this season should note that tickets for a club-sized room tend to move faster than arena dates, so buy early if you want the better sightlines.
