Jack White at the Fox Theater Pomona

Jack White is one of the most compelling live performers working in rock today, and his September 25 show at the Fox Theater Pomona is one of the more interesting concerts in the greater LA area this fall. The show starts at 8 PM and is scheduled to run until 10, a full two hours of the kind of bare-wire guitar work he's been sharpening since the White Stripes era.

White's live sets tend to lean heavy on the Delta blues and garage rock that runs through his solo catalog as much as his band work. Either way, the throughline is the same: loud, intentional, and rarely predictable.
