Jack White comes back to town just days after his Pomona date, and this time he's playing the Hollywood Palladium on Sunset Boulevard. It's a Monday night show, listed from 7 to 9 PM, and it's one of the better rock bookings on the list of concerts in Los Angeles this fall.

If you only know him from "Seven Nation Army," that's fine. Half the stadiums on earth know him that way too. The song came off Elephant in 2003 and turned into a sports chant nobody planned for. But White's catalog runs a lot deeper than one riff.

Who you're seeing

White grew up in Detroit, the youngest of 10 kids. He started the White Stripes with Meg White in 1997, a two-piece dressed in red, white and black, and White Blood Cells pushed them onto magazine covers in 2001. The band went into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on November 8, 2025.

Then came side projects that didn't feel like side projects. The Raconteurs split songwriting and vocals with other players. The Dead Weather, formed in 2009 with members of The Kills and Queens of the Stone Age, went darker and heavier. His solo shelf runs from Blunderbuss through No Name, the record he slipped into Third Man Records shoppers' bags as an unmarked white-label vinyl before anyone knew what it was.

He's won 12 Grammys. He's also still putting out new music: in April 2026 he dropped "G.O.D. And The Broken Ribs" and "Derecho Demonico," then played SNL for the sixth time to mark it. Expect some of that material next to the older songs.

The room

The Palladium is a big, flat-floored hall, so most of the crowd is standing. That suits White, whose sets tend to get loud fast and stay there. If you want a seat, look at the upper tiers when you buy.

Practical info

  • When: Monday, September 28, 2026, 7 PM to 9 PM
  • Where: Hollywood Palladium, 6215 W. Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles 90028
  • Tickets: $109 to $535, depending on where you land in the room. Listing details are on Discover Los Angeles.

Parking around Sunset and Argyle fills up on show nights, and the surface lots charge event rates. The Metro B Line stop at Hollywood/Vine is a short walk away, which beats circling for a spot on a weeknight. Get there early if you want a good position on the floor.

It's a Monday, so this one's easy to miss if you're only scanning for LA events this weekend. Worth putting on the calendar anyway.
