Johnnie Guilbert at The Echoplex in Echo Park

When: Saturday, December 12, 2026, 6:00 PM Where: The Echoplex, 1154 Glendale Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026 Tickets: Through Ticketmaster (link below)

Johnnie Guilbert brings an electro pop show to The Echoplex on Saturday, December 12, an early-evening start that leaves the rest of the night open. Ticketmaster files the date under Music, Pop, and tags it as electro pop. If you are collecting live music in Los Angeles for the holiday stretch, this one is already on the calendar.

What to expect

The listing names Johnnie Guilbert as the only billed act and publishes no support acts, set times or running order. That is common this far out, and bills often fill in as the date gets closer. Check the ticket page again in December before you plan your evening around a specific set.

The 6 PM start is the detail worth noting. Most club shows in this part of town begin later, so an earlier slot suits anyone who would rather catch a show and still make dinner or a second stop in the neighborhood. Doors and start times can shift, so confirm the times on the day.

Among the LA concerts on the December calendar, a small room like this one puts the artist close to the crowd. The Echoplex is standing room, and the sound is loud and direct, which fits pop with an electronic edge.

The venue

The Echoplex sits in the basement beneath The Echo on Glendale Boulevard in Echo Park, and it has been a staple for independent live music in Los Angeles for years. Our Echo Park guide covers places to eat and drink before or after the show.

Getting there

Glendale Boulevard is busy on show nights. Street parking nearby is limited and the posted restrictions change from block to block, so read the signs closely or plan on a rideshare drop-off near the entrance. Biking and transit also work from Silver Lake, Echo Park and Downtown. Bring a photo ID and check the age policy on the ticket page, because the listing does not state one.
