4B at Academy LA

When: Friday, January 15, 2027, 10 p.m. Where: Academy LA, 6021 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028 Tickets: $24.95 via TicketWeb

4B is booked at Academy LA on Friday, January 15, 2027, and the night starts at 10 p.m. The listing files it under music, dance and electronic, which puts it squarely in the lane of club-night EDM in Los Angeles. If you track the EDM calendar for Hollywood shows, this is one to mark down early, since a January date is a good way to start the year on a dance floor.

What to expect

The listing is short on detail, so here is what it does say: one billed act, 4B, at one of the bigger rooms on Hollywood Boulevard, with tickets at a flat $24.95. No lineup beyond the headliner is named in the information we have, so check the ticket page before you plan your night around a specific set time.

Academy LA is a nightclub built around its production. The club's own site describes LED panels across the ceiling and walls, CO2 jets, lighting rigs and lasers over the dance floor, so the room does a lot of the visual work while the DJ handles the sound. Friday and Saturday are its main nights, and on those the doors usually open at 10 PM and the club closes at 3 AM. Other event nights can run different hours, so confirm times on the listing.

Know before you go

Academy LA is a 21+ venue. The staff ask for a valid, physical ID, and entry can be refused without one. The dress code is enforced too: no sandals or flip-flops (open-toed heels are fine), no tank tops, and no sportswear such as jerseys or t-shirts. DJ merch is fine, which helps if you want to wear something for the artist. Shorts are only allowed in summer, so plan on pants in January.

Price is the one number the listing gives you: $24.95 at the time of writing. Ticket prices on club nights can move as a date gets closer, so buy from the official TicketWeb page linked above rather than a reseller.

Getting there
