ALLEYCVT with Sippy and Machaki at Hollywood Palladium

Bassrush starts 2027 with a two-night run at the Hollywood Palladium, and ALLEYCVT headlines both. Friday, January 22 is night one, with Sippy and Machaki on the bill. If you keep a running list of raves in Los Angeles worth planning around, a bass-heavy opener this early in the year earns a spot on it.

When: Friday, January 22, 2027, 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM Where: Hollywood Palladium, 6215 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028 Ages: 18+ Info and presale: Insomniac

What to expect

Bassrush is Insomniac's long-running bass music brand, and its shows lean on dubstep and heavy electronic sounds. ALLEYCVT is the draw here, and the official poster pairs the headliner with Sippy and Machaki for the first night. Saturday, January 23 is a separate night, with special guest Doctor P and Lucky joining ALLEYCVT, so the two dates are built as different lineups rather than a repeat.

The Palladium is a good room for this kind of music. It has a big floor, a balcony for catching your breath and a sound system made for low end. The poster's neon palm trees and marquee art set the tone: loud, bright and unmistakably Hollywood.

Tickets and practical info

Insomniac lists a presale signup on the event page, and no ticket price was published when this post was written. Check the page for prices and on-sale timing, since early-year bass shows at the Palladium tend to move quickly. This is an 18+ show, so bring a valid ID.

The venue sits on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, close to Hollywood and Vine. Street parking nearby is limited and lots fill up on show nights, so a rideshare or the Metro B Line to Hollywood/Vine is the easier plan. If you are lining up LA EDM events for the new year, this is a strong first entry. For more nights like it, browse the full EDM category.

Doors and set times can shift, so confirm on the official page before you head out.
