Bingo Loco at TIME Nightclub in Costa Mesa

Take a bingo hall, add a nightclub's sound system and lights, and you have Bingo Loco. The touring rave bingo party lands at TIME Nightclub in Costa Mesa on Saturday, November 21. Doors open at 6:15 PM and the night is for ages 21+. The venue's own listing has it wrapping up around 10:15 PM, so this is an early evening out, not a 2 AM commitment.

Costa Mesa is Orange County, roughly an hour south of downtown on a good traffic day. If you follow raves in Los Angeles and want something sillier than a four-hour DJ set, it's worth the drive. The flyer's tagline says it plainly: this is not your granny's bingo.

What to expect

The format is simple. A host calls the numbers, you mark your card, and a DJ keeps the room moving between rounds. Bingo Loco nights lean on throwback pop and dance songs, sing-alongs and a lot of strangers cheering at the same time. The listing we checked doesn't spell out the prizes or the full program for the Costa Mesa date, so treat the details above as the confirmed part and expect the rest to be a party. The venue is run under the Insomniac Events banner, which means a proper club sound system and bar.

It suits groups better than solo nights. Bring friends, split the cards, and plan on being loud. If you like EDM in Los Angeles and Orange County mostly for the dancing, this is the lighter, more social cousin.

Tickets and price

The source page doesn't list a ticket price, so we won't guess one. Check the official TIME Nightclub event page before you go for current tickets and any table options. Bingo Loco nights with this kind of crowd can sell out, so don't wait until the last week.

Getting there

TIME Nightclub is at 1875 Newport Blvd B245 in Costa Mesa, 92627. From Los Angeles, the 5 and the 405 both get you close, and rideshare is the easiest choice for a 21+ night with drinks. Leave extra time on a Saturday evening, since the freeways are slow at that hour.

Plan your night

Doors are at 6:15 PM, so you can have a late dinner afterward in Costa Mesa and still be home at a sensible hour. If you're building a weekend around this one, it fits well among the LA events this weekend that run early and end before midnight. Bring a valid ID, because the 21+ rule is checked at the door.
