Avalon Hollywood has Dispatch: Night Shift on the calendar for Thursday, December 3, 2026. It is a 21+ night on Vine Street, and doors open at 6:00 PM, which is earlier than most club nights in the neighborhood. If you are mapping out EDM in Los Angeles for the first week of December, this one belongs on the list.

When: Thursday, December 3, 2026, doors 6:00 PM Where: Avalon Hollywood, 1735 Vine St, Los Angeles, CA 90028 Ages: 21+ Tickets: Through TicketWeb (price not listed on the venue page)

What to expect

The venue's listing is short. It gives the event name, the doors time and the age limit, and the key art shows the Night Shift branding in blue and green light. It does not publish a lineup or set times, so this post does not name any acts. Check the Avalon page and the TicketWeb listing for updates as the date gets closer, because lineups for club nights often arrive late.

Avalon is a long-running Hollywood room with a big main floor and a balcony, and it has hosted dance music for decades. A Thursday show with early doors suits a weeknight crowd: you can arrive, catch the opening stretch and still get home at a sensible hour.

Getting there

The club sits a short walk from Hollywood and Vine, so the Metro B Line station is the easiest way in if you would rather skip the parking hunt. Rideshare drop-off on Vine gets busy once doors open, so build in a few extra minutes. Bring a valid government photo ID, since the 21+ rule is enforced at the door. Prices were not published at the time of writing, so confirm the ticket cost on TicketWeb before you plan your budget.

Make a night of it

Doors at 6 PM leaves room for dinner nearby first. Plenty of places along Hollywood Boulevard and Vine stay open late, so it is easy to eat before you go in. For other things happening in Hollywood this month, browse the Hollywood neighborhood page, and for more dance floors across the city see our EDM events listings. You can also read more about the room on the Avalon Hollywood venue page.
