Dr. Gabba at Casita Hollywood

Minty Boi is bringing Dr. Gabba to Hollywood on Saturday, October 24, and the pitch is hard to miss: house music with distorted 909 drums, hypnotic piano rhythms and melodic rave stabs, built to feel like a Y2K video game rave. If you keep an eye out for raves in Los Angeles that lean playful instead of purely dark, this is a good one to circle.

When: Saturday, October 24, 2026, 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM Where: Casita Hollywood, Hollywood Price: $29.45 Tickets: DICE

What to expect

The listing describes a sonic journey through 90s style house, techno and juke, and the genre tags add acid house, EBM and ambient to the mix. That is a wide lane. Acid squelch and electronic body music pull the night toward the darker, driving end, while the piano lines and rave stabs keep it bright and a little nostalgic.

Dr. Gabba headlines, with Wev and Frutiger Dillon on the bill. The promoter lists doors at 9 PM and says the night is all ages, which is not something every Hollywood dance floor can say. Set times were not published, so check the DICE page closer to the date if you want to catch a specific act.

Why it works

Plenty of EDM in Los Angeles runs on big rooms and bigger production. A night built around one DJ's distinct sound, in a Hollywood venue, offers something closer to a club night with a point of view. The Y2K video game framing also gives you an easy dress-code idea if you want to commit to the bit.

Getting there

Casita Hollywood sits in the heart of Hollywood, so rideshare is the easy answer for a late-night show that runs past 1 AM. Check the venue's own channels for current parking and entry details, and bring ID in case the door asks for it. Tickets are $29.45 on DICE, and the page is where you will see updates if the schedule shifts.

If you are building a plan around LA events this weekend, pair the night with dinner nearby and arrive at doors to avoid a line. Browse more picks on our EDM category page or see what else is on in Hollywood.
