Eli Brown at City Market Downtown LA

Factory 93 is bringing Eli Brown to City Market in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday, November 14. Doors are at 5pm and the show wraps at 11pm. It's 21 and over. Eli Brown built his name on driving tech house that tips into techno, and Insomniac tags this one house, techno and tech house.

Who else is playing

The Insomniac listing and the flyer both name three support acts: HNTR, Linska and Leisan. HNTR is the Canadian producer who has moved from melodic house into harder, faster techno. Linska and Leisan round out an early block that should get the room moving well before the headliner. Set times weren't posted when we checked, so plan to arrive early if you want to catch the openers.

Tickets

Tickets are through Front Gate. On September 24 general admission was $65 plus $9.36 in fees, $74.36 all in. VIP was $120 plus $10.77 in fees, $130.77 all in. VIP adds expedited entry plus a dedicated viewing area, bars and restrooms. Front Gate says the price includes taxes and fees and that tiers refer only to pricing, so the price moves up as each tier sells.

The venue

City Market is at 1057 San Pedro Street, in the produce and flower market blocks south of the Fashion District. It's a raw industrial space, and Insomniac has turned it into one of the regular downtown rave sites for its Factory 93 techno shows. Parking in the area fills quickly on a Saturday. Rideshare drop-off is easy on San Pedro, and the Metro A and E Lines at Pico or 7th Street/Metro Center are a longer walk.
