Estelle From Hell Halloween Party at El Cid

Estelle and the Roadkill gang are bringing their handmade, slightly unhinged world to El Cid on Sunset Boulevard for one Halloween night. It is part puppet show, part sketch revue, part dance party, and it lands on a Thursday, which makes it one of the more unusual things to do in Los Angeles in late October.

What is happening

Estelle is a fox puppet from the Roadkill universe, and the night is built around her and her crew. The listing promises live performances, songs and sketches, with special guests popping up throughout the evening. Between the shows a DJ keeps the room moving, so the dance floor does not go quiet while the puppets reset.

Beyond the stage, the party is set up like a small Halloween carnival. Expect signature Estelle cocktails, haunted house activities, a make-your-own-creature puppet station, limited-edition merch and local vendors. There is also a photo booth where you can take a picture with Estelle herself.

Costume contest
