Grammys Afterparty: Dre Sinatra, Talon Reid

New Year's Day in Los Angeles is usually a slow, sleepy affair, which makes a late-night party on the Sunset Strip stand out. This one is billed as a Grammys Afterparty, with Dre Sinatra and Talon Reid named on the bill, and it is listed for Friday, January 1, 2027 at 8440 Sunset Blvd.

When: Friday, January 1, 2027 (start time to be announced) Where: 8440 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles Lineup: Dre Sinatra and Talon Reid

What we know

Listings tag the night as a mix of hip-hop and pop-leaning dance music, which points to a party built around crowd-pleasing sets instead of a deep underground club night. Treat that as a rough guide to the sound, not a promise. The sources we had did not name an opening act or give a set-time schedule, so we are not going to guess at one. If a full lineup with openers is published closer to the date, the promoter's own page will be the place to check.

The start time is also unconfirmed. The date is solid, but hours, door policy and age limit are not something we can state yet. Plan on a late evening and confirm before you head out.

Getting there

8440 Sunset Blvd sits on the Sunset Strip stretch of Sunset Boulevard, an area packed with clubs, restaurants and hotels. Parking around the Strip fills early on any weekend night and on a holiday it can be tighter, so a rideshare or a drop-off a few blocks away is the easier plan. Leave extra time, since Sunset traffic slows to a crawl when several venues let in at once.

Why it is on the radar

Anyone looking through the EDM calendar for Los Angeles around the new year will find plenty of countdown parties, but fewer nights aimed at the day after. If you are mapping out things happening in Los Angeles on the first weekend of 2027, this is a lineup-led night worth watching while the details firm up.

We will update this page as soon as an official ticket link, start time and price are available. Until then, check the venue's channels and the artists' own pages for the latest word.
