Bass heads, mark December 4. Hostile presents Space Wizard at 1720, with Hydraulix, Mushroom Cloud and Digitist in support, and the listing tags the night as dubstep and bass music. If you keep a running list of raves in Los Angeles to hit before the year ends, a heavy low-end show on a Friday night in the Downtown warehouse district earns a spot.
When: Friday, December 4, 2026, 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM Where: 1720, 1720 E 16th St, Los Angeles, CA 90021 Price: $27.81 Tickets: DICE
What to expect
Hostile is the promoter behind the night, and the poster keeps things simple: four names stacked in huge type over a neon skyline. Space Wizard is the billed headliner, and the support slots are Hydraulix, Mushroom Cloud and Digitist. The genre tags point to dubstep and wider bass music, so expect big drops, sub-heavy sound and a crowd that came to move.
The window runs five hours, from 9 PM until 2 AM, which leaves room for the openers to warm up the floor before the headliner takes over. Arriving early is the easy way to catch the full bill rather than just the final set.
Getting there
1720 sits at 1720 E 16th St, on the east side of Downtown LA. Rideshare is the simplest option on a Friday night, and it means nobody has to be the designated driver after a long set. Check the DICE page for age limits, door policy and any last-minute lineup or timing changes before you head out. DICE tickets are tied to the app, so have yours ready on your phone.
At $27.81, this is an accessible price for a four-act night. It is one of the stronger options for EDM in Los Angeles in early December, and it fits neatly into a longer list of things to do in Los Angeles as the holidays approach. Browse more Downtown LA events or the full EDM category for other nights worth planning around.
Worth knowing
Dates and set times can shift, so treat the listed hours as a guide and confirm on the ticket page. If bass music is your lane, this one is easy to recommend: a clear bill, a proper club room and a late finish.
