Jowi Hard Techno Night by Code Red in Downtown LA

Hard techno comes to the east side of the city on Friday, November 6, when Code Red presents Jowi in Downtown Los Angeles. It is the kind of night that fills the calendar for anyone hunting for raves in Los Angeles this month, and the promoter is already predicting a sell-out.

When: Friday, November 6, 2026, 11 PM to 6 AM Where: Downtown Los Angeles (exact location shared by the promoter) Price: $22.99 on Posh Presented by: Code Red

Who is Jowi

Jowi comes out of Duisburg, Germany, and plays the harder, faster side of techno with a lot of raw energy. Her breakout came at Verknipt Festival in 2024, and since then she has played Creamfields, Decibel, Kappa Futur, HIVE and Terminal V, plus stages across the UK with Teletech. She also played a recent Los Angeles show with Boiler Room x Teletech, which is a big reason this date is expected to go quickly.

The poster bills the support acts as to be announced, so check the Posh page for lineup updates as the night gets closer.

What to expect

Expect a dark, loud, driving room built around pounding kicks and relentless pacing. The set runs deep into the early hours, with a 6 AM finish, so plan the evening around a late arrival and a long night rather than a quick drop-in. For anyone following EDM in Los Angeles, this is a rare chance to see a European hard techno name in a one-night, secret-location format.

The flyer lists the venue as a secret location, and the listing only says Downtown Los Angeles. Tickets are sold through Posh, and the full address typically goes out to ticket holders closer to the date. Keep an eye on your email and the Posh app.

Practical info

• Buy tickets in advance from the Posh event page. The $22.99 price is the listed ticket cost.
• Bring ID and expect a late-night crowd. Earplugs are a good idea for a night this heavy.
• Plan a rideshare or a designated driver. Downtown is easy to reach, but the street parking near warehouse venues is unpredictable.

Friday night in Downtown LA does not get much heavier than this. If hard techno is your thing, grab a ticket before it sells out.
