Neapolish*t at Club Catwalk

Some things deserve a second night. Neapolitan Tonight and That Good Sht are bringing back Neapolisht, now in its second annual edition, for one night only at Club Catwalk in downtown Los Angeles. The organizers promise new flavors and different genres, so this is less a single-sound DJ night than a mixed bill of live acts and selectors. The lineup

The flyer splits the bill in two. The live performances come from THIRTEENDEGREES, ERISTHEPLANET and MERCURY (who also goes by MERCURYTHEPLANET), MIRRAR, RIOVAZ, and a guest duo, WESTWOOD and PRYME. The DJ side of the night is Chase Hall, Annabelle Kline, Popstar Benny and Quincy Davis.

Neapolitan Tonight and That Good Sh*t describe the night as a place to meet in the middle, and the mix of live sets and DJs backs that up. Expect the room to move between genres rather than settle into one groove, which suits anyone who likes EDM in Los Angeles but wants a looser, more band-friendly evening than a standard club bill.

Free burgers at the door

The first 75 people through the door get a free burger from Nothing Burger and Park Burger LA. The organizers' advice is to come early, and with a head start on the burger line and the opening sets, that is easy advice to take. The flyer also mentions a Craft Club LA table where you can customize your headphones with accessories, and a "Wompo petting zoo" to stop by.

The dress note on the Posh page is "dress like you meant to," so wear something you are happy to be seen in.

Getting there

Club Catwalk sits at 698 Harlem Pl in downtown LA. The event starts at 8 PM and runs until about 1 AM. Check the Posh page before you go for any change to the schedule, and buy your general admission ticket ahead of time rather than counting on the door. Rideshare is the simplest way in and out after a late night downtown.
