B-Side Los Angeles is clearing its December calendar for a full Sub.Mission takeover, and the flyer puts The Widdler and Monty up front. If you track EDM in Los Angeles through its bass music corner, this Saturday night in Commerce is the one to mark down early.

When: Saturday, December 5, 2026, 9 PM to 3 AM Where: The Compound By Dirt Dog, 2909 Supply Ave, Commerce, CA 90040 Price: $39 (the ticket page lists several tiers) Age: 18+ per the ticket page Tickets: Ticket Fairy event page

What a Sub.Mission takeover means

Sub.Mission is an agency that helped bring the sound of the UK underground to American audiences, and B-Side says it was the first agency to give the promoter a chance when it started out. The motto on the ticket page is moving people through sound, not hype. A takeover night is the agency's artists running the room, so the billing reads as a statement about taste and not as a one-off headliner booking.

The Widdler and Monty are the two names on the poster. Listings tag the night as dubstep and bass music, so expect heavy low end and a crowd that came for exactly that. Neither the flyer nor the ticket page publishes set times, so plan to arrive early and catch the whole run from the 9 PM start.

The venue

The Compound By Dirt Dog is a multi-room warehouse site in Commerce with an indoor floor and an outdoor yard. It is a regular home for bass music promoters, including B-Side Los Angeles, and shows there often run late. Its venue page has more on the space.

Getting there and practical info

Commerce sits just southeast of downtown, so the drive from most of central LA is short, though Supply Avenue is industrial and not walkable from much else. Dirt Dog's own page lists free parking on site, but it fills up on big nights, and rideshare is the easier call if you plan to drink. The flyer runs a text-to-invite line for the night, and the ticket page is the place to buy.
