Saturday, November 7 brings a proper dance floor night to Hollywood Boulevard. Torren Foot, the Los Angeles artist billed on the flyer as "(Los Angeles)", headlines Academy LA with Gene Farris and Oliver Blank joining as special guests. If you are hunting for EDM in Los Angeles that leans toward house and techno rather than festival spectacle, this is a strong pick for the month.
When: Saturday, November 7, 2026, doors at 10:00 PM Where: Academy LA, 6021 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028 Ages: 21+ Tickets: Through TicketWeb. A price was not listed on the pages we checked.
What to expect
Academy LA is a Hollywood club built around its sound system and a big open floor, and a three-act bill like this one is designed for a long, continuous build. Gene Farris is a veteran Chicago house name with decades of club sets behind him, so expect groove-heavy selections that reward people who stay through the middle of the night. Oliver Blank rounds out the lineup, and Torren Foot closes the bill as the named headliner on the poster. The lineup is taken straight from the venue's flyer, and set times had not been published when we wrote this, so plan to arrive early rather than guess.
The room is 21+, so bring a valid government ID. Doors open at 10 PM, and the night is listed to wrap around 2 AM.
Getting there
The club sits on Hollywood Boulevard, a few minutes' walk from the Hollywood and Highland area. Street parking nearby fills up fast on weekend nights, so a paid lot or a rideshare drop-off is the easier call. The Metro B Line stops at Hollywood/Highland, which is a reasonable option if you would rather skip the parking hunt and the ride home afterward.

Browse the Hollywood neighborhood page for nearby plans, or see the rest of our EDM listings for other nights worth putting on the calendar. Tickets for this one go through the official TicketWeb link above, and the venue's own event page has the flyer and any lineup updates.
