Tritonal at Avalon Hollywood

Tritonal take over Avalon Hollywood on Saturday, September 26. The 19hz listing tags the night as pop EDM, future bass and house. That puts it on the melodic, vocal-friendly side of the weekend rather than the dark warehouse side.

Avalon's event page lists two special guests, Laerz and Julian Gray, ahead of the headliner. Doors are at 10 PM and the listing has the night wrapping at 2 AM, so the whole thing moves at a club pace rather than a festival one. Ages 21 and over only.

Presale tickets were listed at $23 on 19hz, which is low for a headliner at a Hollywood club. Avalon is blunt about resale: it has no association with StubHub, Vivid Seats or other third-party sellers, and tickets from them won't be honored. Buy through the Tixr link or TicketWeb, and bring a government ID that matches the name on the order.

The venue is at 1735 Vine St, and it describes itself as a historic live entertainment venue. Of all the Things Happening In Hollywood that weekend, this one has the most straightforward setup: one room, one headliner, one sound system.

The B Line's Hollywood/Vine station is a short walk away, which makes transit a real option on the way in. Plan the ride home separately, since a 2 AM finish lands after most trains have thinned out. Rideshare pickups along Vine get crowded fast at close, and walking a block east or west helps.

A couple of house rules from Avalon's page are worth knowing before you go. All sales are final, and the venue says the night follows local and state health guidelines. VIP table reservations are handled separately through Avalon's own site if you're coming with a group and want a place to put your coats down.
