Maple Block Meat Co. is turning its Culver City parking lot into a barbecue haven and beer garden for the 11th time. BlocktoberFest lands on Sunday, October 25, and it is an easy pick when you are scanning things happening in Los Angeles for the last week of the month.

What to expect

The pitch is an Oktoberfest-style afternoon with a pit-smoker twist.
