Every October, a stretch of Ventura Boulevard in the middle of the San Fernando Valley turns into a pedestrian-only midway. The Sherman Oaks Street Fair is back for its 34th year on Sunday, October 18, and it is an easy pick if you are hunting for things to do in Los Angeles that cost nothing to walk into.
