Nightclub · Downtown LA

107 W 4th St
Los Angeles, CA 90013

Kiso is a bar and dance club for the LGBTQIA+ community at 107 W 4th St in Downtown LA. It sits in the former Score, which the club's own site describes as once said to be the oldest gay bar in DTLA. The decor nods to Mayan culture, and the site calls the place a tropical escape.

The space has three rooms, and the club lets you book one, two or all three for private events. You walk in through a cocktail bar with tables and seating. Past that is a lounge with mood lighting and seating for bigger groups. An archway at the far end opens onto the dance floor room, which has a second bar and a stage for performances and DJ sets. In all, the venue lists two bars and two stages.

Kiso says it hosts a wide range of events for its community, and it keeps a weekly schedule on its website. Posted hours are 7 PM to 2 AM Wednesday through Sunday, Tuesday 7 PM to 1 AM, and closed Mondays. The club says hours can shift for holidays and private events, and it posts changes on its socials.

The venue's site does not publish an age policy, a dress code, a bag policy, a capacity or parking details. Read the ticket page for the night you plan to attend, and give yourself time to sort out parking downtown.
