613 Imperial St
Los Angeles, CA 90021

Lot 613 is a warehouse venue at 613 Imperial St in the Downtown LA Arts District. The venue's own spec sheet calls the building the Imperial Warehouse: a freestanding bow-truss structure built in 1947 and restored for live entertainment, with 5,000 square feet on the ground floor and a 1,000 square foot mezzanine above it. A 6,000 square foot courtyard, the Imperial Courtyard, connects straight to the warehouse through a 17-foot gate. Trucks load in through it for shows, and the courtyard doubles as an outdoor room for events. All told that's 12,000 square feet.

Inside there's a large stage, air conditioning and the warehouse's original finishes. The booth is stocked for a proper club night, per the spec sheet: four CDJ-2000NXS2 players, a DJM-900NXS2 and an Allen & Heath Xone:92 on the mixer side, and two Technics 1200 turntables for vinyl. Over the stage hang eight bars of white moving heads, 32 in total, and a disco ball turns over the dance floor.

Lot 613 is the home of PROTOTYPE, a series that brings some of the city's leading promoters together around upfront house and techno. LA Weekly named it Best Club in 2016 and again in 2018, and the venue holds a full liquor license along with live entertainment, cabaret and dancehall permits. Bestia and Church & State are among the restaurants it lists as neighbors, with Villains Tavern and Everson Royce among the bars.

Door times, age limits and parking aren't posted on the venue's site, so take those from the event listing. Private bookings go through info@lot613.com or 323-464-7300.
