No sales: purchases happen elsewhere

Out Of The Box LA sells no products or tickets. When you buy a ticket for an event we cover, that purchase happens on a third-party site: the ticket seller, venue, or organizer's own platform. That site's terms, refund policy, and shipping policy govern your purchase, not ours. If you need a refund or have a purchase problem, contact the seller you actually paid.

Event details may change

Dates, times, prices, venues, and availability for the events we list come from third parties and can change without notice. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we can't guarantee it. Always confirm details with the event organizer or ticket seller before making plans or a purchase.

Acceptable use

You may browse, read, and share links to this site freely. You may not:

  • Run automated scraping, crawling, or scripts that place a burdensome load on the site
  • Republish our original content (articles, descriptions, photos we took) without our permission
  • Use the site in a way that disrupts it for other visitors

Ownership

Our original content (articles, descriptions, photography, and the Out Of The Box LA name and branding) belongs to us. Event names, venue names, logos, and images that belong to third parties remain their property; we reference them to describe events accurately, not to claim ownership.

This site links to third-party sites (ticket sellers, venues, organizers, social platforms) that we don't control and aren't responsible for. Visiting those sites is at your own risk, under their own terms.

Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimer

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Out Of The Box LA is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on event information, or any transaction with a third party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in California.
